This is an informal valuation of an artwork. We are not evaluating the authenticity of this artwork. We are providing the valuation operating under the premise that the artwork you present to us for valuation is authentic.
Art Certification Experts is able to undertake only a limited number of Free Appraisals. We reserve the right to accept or reject artwork for our Free Appraisal service.
The work of art presented for the Free Appraisal will not be examined by us in person. We rely on the client’s description, photographs, and information about dimensions.
Art Certification Experts, Inc. in no way guarantees or warrants, expressly or impliedly, nor makes any representations with respect to this Free Appraisal. This Free Appraisal is provided “as is.” Art Certification Experts makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any nature whatsoever, with in statute, orally, written, express or implies, including warranties arising from usage of trade, course of dealing, or any and all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The client hereby releases Art Certification Experts, Inc. from any and all claims related to or arising from the client’s reliance on the free appraisal.
This Free Appraisal is an informal valuation is for your information only. It is for the exclusive use of the client named on the first page of this report. This rights to this Free Appraisal may not be assigned or transferred.
This Free Appraisal may not be reproduced, altered, modified, or changed in any way. It may not be used to obtain insurance, as a part of divorce proceedings, estate proceedings; bankruptcy proceedings, or any other legal proceeding not limited to those mentioned above. This Free Appraisal may not be used to provide a valuation for a charitable contribution.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Art Certification Experts, Inc. from any and all legal actions, lawsuits, legal procedures and legal claims, as well as legal liabilities, legal expenses, legal damages, and legal costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, connected with my use of the Free Appraisal. I furthermore agree to reimburse Art Certification Experts for any expenses incurred with such legal liabilities, legal expenses, legal damages, and legal costs for any such expenses incurred because of my use of the Art Certification Experts Free Appraisal. This indemnification and hold harmless clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement to provide a Free Appraisal.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Florida and/or the Volusia County, Florida.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid the remaining portions shall continue to have full legal force and effect.
Art Certification Experts offers one free valuation per household.
Art Certification Experts will review your submission for a free appraisal and make its determination about whether to accept the submission within 10 (ten) business days.
Art Certification Experts, Inc. is under no obligation to accept a free appraisal submission.
Art Certification Experts has sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether to provide a free appraisal.
Free appraisals provided by Art Certification Experts, Inc. are not to be used for insurance, legal, charitable contribution, trust, or estate matters.
Art Certification Experts’ free valuations are not formal appraisals.
Art Certification Experts, Inc. valuations are estimates of value; they are not guarantees of a selling price.
Art Certification Experts free appraisals do not come with any warranties of any type.
Art Certification Experts, Inc. valuations should not be considered evidence of authenticity.
